Refund Policy

At Golden Ember Candle Co., each candle is thoughtfully handcrafted. We take pride in our quality and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are accepted within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unburned, and unopened

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of use, burning, or tampering are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • If the same fragrance is available, we will issue a replacement

  • If the same fragrance is not available, a refund will be issued

Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Non-Refundable Items

At this time, we do not offer refunds for items that:

  • Have been used or burned

  • Are returned outside the stated refund window

  • Are returned without prior approval

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
