Order Processing Time

Standard candles: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Candles featuring real 24k gold accents: These are made to order and require up to 4 business days for processing

Processing times do not include shipping transit time and may increase during peak periods or promotions.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship all orders via USPS using real-time, carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders and is subject to change without notice.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement immediately.

Delivery Responsibility and Risk of Loss

All orders ship from a single U.S. fulfillment location. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.
